How much does an office cleanout cost?
It depends on the quantity and type of equipment. Pickup is free for some qualifying loads and priced for others. Send a rough count, a spreadsheet, or a few photos and we will quote the job before anything is scheduled.
Do you wipe hard drives at our office?
No. We do not offer on-site data destruction. Data-bearing devices are logged at pickup, transported by our own team, and wiped at our Sugar Land facility following a NIST SP 800-88-aligned process.
What paperwork do we get when the job is done?
A serialized Certificate of Destruction for the job, plus serial-level inventory where you need it. Certificates are issued within 24-48 hours of processing, and you can verify them online by QR code or serial number.
How far ahead should we schedule?
As early as you know the move or closure date. We schedule a pickup window once the job is quoted and can plan around lease end dates, building move-out rules, freight elevators, and loading dock times.
Can you clear business computers from a storage unit?
We review business-owned computers, laptops, monitors, and network equipment in storage units for qualifying pickup. Send approximate counts, the facility address, access hours, loading restrictions, and your deadline. Photos are helpful but a written description is enough to start. Pickup timing and pricing are confirmed after review. Furniture and general storage contents need a separate hauler.
Can a nonprofit request an office electronics cleanout?
Yes. Nonprofit organizations can request the same documented business electronics cleanout service. Include your equipment list, deadline, and any purchasing or data-handling requirements. Pickup eligibility and pricing depend on the load and job requirements, rather than nonprofit status.
Do you take TVs, appliances, and furniture?
Flat-screen TVs are $20 each, any size. CRT TVs and CRT monitors are not accepted. Appliances are case-by-case when they come with electronics, so call first. We are an electronics recycler, so plan a separate hauler for furniture and general office junk.
Will you buy our used office equipment?
No. We do not buy back or pay for equipment. What we provide is documented removal, NIST SP 800-88-aligned data wiping, and responsible recycling through vetted downstream partners.
