Yes, residential drop-off is free for most items at our Sugar Land facility, including computers, laptops, phones, printers, and cables. TVs are the exception: $20 per flat-screen TV and $40 per CRT (tube-style) TV or monitor. Business services are quoted per job.
How do you destroy the data on my devices?
Every data-bearing device is wiped or physically sanitized following NIST SP 800-88 media sanitization guidelines, and we document the process with serialized Certificates of Destruction.
