WHO WE ANSWER TO

Credentials & Registrations

The registrations, memberships, and compliance practices that stand behind our recycling and data destruction services.

Earned, registered, and verifiable

We list each credential with its current status, and we only claim what we hold. For the standards we follow day to day, see Our Standards & Practices.

Government Vendor Registrations

SAM.gov Entity Registration

In progress

U.S. General Services Administration

Federal entity registration (UEI) that allows EverTrade to work with federal agencies and grant-funded programs.

Texas Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL)

In progress

Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts

Registered bidder for Texas state agency and cooperative purchases of recycling and IT equipment disposal services.

City of Houston Supplier

In progress

City of Houston Procurement

Registered supplier to the City of Houston, with Small Business Enterprise certification through the Office of Business Opportunity underway.

Harris County Vendor

In progress

Harris County Purchasing

Registered vendor for Harris County and Harris Health solicitations.

Industry Memberships

i-SIGMA Member

In progress

International Secure Information Governance & Management Association

Member of the trade association behind the NAID AAA data destruction certification. Membership reflects our commitment to secure information destruction practices; it is not a certification.

Insurance Coverage

Commercial General Liability

Active

Certificate of Insurance available on request

Liability coverage for our facility operations and business pickups. We provide a COI naming your organization as certificate holder for vendor files and site access requirements.

Workers’ Compensation

In progress

Quote in progress with our carrier

Coverage for our crew while working at customer sites. Texas does not require private employers to carry workers’ comp, but many facilities require proof before allowing vendors on-site, so we are adding it to our vendor package. Until the policy is bound, our COI covers general liability.

Regulatory Compliance

TCEQ Sound Management Practices

In progress

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality

Operating in line with the sound environmental management practices for used electronics under 30 TAC 328.149, with required facility notifications on file.

NIST SP 800-88 Aligned Data Destruction

Active

Internal SOPs following NIST guidelines

Our data destruction procedures follow the NIST SP 800-88 media sanitization guidelines, with a Certificate of Destruction issued for every data-bearing device.

Need a Certificate of Insurance?

If your facility or vendor onboarding process requires proof of insurance, contact us with your certificate holder details and any specific coverage requirements. We typically turn COI requests around within one business day, alongside a W-9 and references if you need them.

What we do not claim

EverTrade is not currently R2, e-Stewards, NAID AAA, RIOS, or ISO certified. Downstream material is routed through certified partners, and we are working toward NAID AAA certification as the next step on our roadmap. When a credential on this page changes status, we update it here first.

Questions about our credentials?

Procurement teams: we are happy to provide registration numbers, W-9, insurance certificates, and references for your vendor file.
