How a commercial pickup works

2. Coordinate the pickup
We schedule around the AV installer, freight elevator hours, dock access, and security badging at your property.
3. Intake and process
Each display is logged on intake. Smart and Pro:Centric units are factory reset before disassembly.
4. Deliver the report
Recycling certificate plus the serialized record, ready for finance, sustainability, or audit.

Do you pick up TVs from hotels and large facilities?
Yes. Hotel guest-room TV refreshes are a common project for us. We coordinate with property management or the AV integrator handling the install, schedule pickup floor by floor, and stage the units in our facility for processing. Pickup is available across the Houston metro.
Can you provide a certificate or chain-of-custody report for each display?
