Bring the whole computer. A desktop tower, an all-in-one, a laptop, and a docking station can come in on the same visit. Missing a power cord, a cracked screen, or a machine that no longer turns on does not keep it out.
Keyboards, mice, and spare cables that come with the computer are welcome. If you only have those smaller pieces, use the small electronics page.
Remove or back up your own files before drop-off. EverTrade does not log in to a computer or pull files off it for you.

Before you come
- Sign out of accounts you still use, and take any USB drive you want to keep.
- Remove or back up your own files first.
- You can leave internal parts installed. You do not need to take the computer apart.

Questions
Do I have to remove the hard drive first?
No. You can bring the computer with the drive still inside. Remove or back up your own files before you come.
Are broken laptops accepted?
Yes. A cracked screen, a dead battery, or a laptop that will not power on can still be dropped off.
Is computer drop-off free?
Yes. Computer and laptop drop-off is free. Flat-screen TVs are $20 each, and CRT TVs and CRT monitors are not accepted.
